Turkey Bean Joes

Servings: 6
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground turkey
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup catsup
1 tsp. prepared horseradish (opt.)
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1 can vegetarian beans
1 can kidney beans, drained
    Instructions:
  1. In skillet, cook turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey juices are clear colored.
  2. Drain and return mixture to skillet.
  3. Stir in catsup, horseradish, mustard and beans and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated through.
  5. Serve over toasted bread or buns.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
