Turkey Bean Joes
Servings: 6
| 1 lb. ground turkey |
| ½ cup chopped onion |
| ½ cup catsup |
| 1 tsp. prepared horseradish (opt.) |
| 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard |
| 1 can vegetarian beans |
| 1 can kidney beans, drained |
- Instructions:
- In skillet, cook turkey and onion 5 to 7 minutes, or until turkey juices are clear colored.
- Drain and return mixture to skillet.
- Stir in catsup, horseradish, mustard and beans and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes, until mixture is heated through.
- Serve over toasted bread or buns.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
