Servings: 8
Pizza Crust: -
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2/3 cup water
2 Tbsp. flour
Pizza Sauce: -
1 can (8oz) tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  1. Crust:
  2. Mix together flour, baking powder, and water with a fork.
  3. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons flour on a flat surface.
  4. Knead dough 5 or 6 times on that surface.
  5. Put dough on a greased pan or cookie sheet.
  6. Push dough with your hand to fit the pan and build up the sides of the crust so it will hold sauce and ingredients.
  7. Bake crust 5-7 minutes at 400 degrees.
  8. Sauce:
  9. Top prebaked pizza crust with tomato sauce and seasonings.
  10. Add other favorite toppings: mozzarella cheese, cooked meat, mushrooms, green pepper, onion, etc.
  11. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, until crust is light brown and cheese is bubbly.
