McLean County TILT
McLean County TILT is a countywide 4-H leadership program offering teen youth, ages 14-18, opportunities to network with other 4-H Teens. Youth work together to build leadership skills that include teamwork, interpersonal communication and the ability to arrive at group consensus, while increasing awareness of local community/county issues and strengths, and developing civic engagement. Also, participants are encouraged to participate in county, state and national 4-H leadership opportunities.
