University of Illinois Extension delivers Master Gardeners training in three formats - face to face, online and live webinar.
Meet at select locations throughout the state with each class meeting one day per week for about 11-13 weeks. The classes are full day sessions. These training are typically offered beginning in January of each year but may be offered at other times of the year.
Fall 2015 training will be offered in Kane and Cook- Chicago.
Begins in January of each year and runs through early May - following the University of Illinois calendar. Participants work at their own pace and on their own time schedule but there are course deadlines. You must be computer literate and have a good internet connection to participate.
Online training will not be offered for winter/spring 2016.
