Monroe County (Main Office)


From the north: From I 55/70 at Collinsville take I-255 south to the Rt. 3 (Columbia) exit (25 minutes). Continue on Rt. 3, which bypasses Columbia and continues into Waterloo (about 10 miles). Make two 4-way stops, continue traveling south on Route 3. Travel approximately 1/2 mile and the County Annex Building (one-story brick building) is on the right side of the highway. There is a sign indicating the building. It houses University of Illinois Extension, County Ambulance and Bi-County Health Department. There is a large parking lot in front of the building.

From the south: Traveling north on Rt. 3, make two 4-way stops and continue traveling north. From the second 4-way stop, travel approximately 1/4 mile, just past the bus garage and a dental office, then turn left onto Illinois Ave. The County Annex Building is the one-story brick building. There is a sign indicating the building. It houses University of Illinois Extension, County Ambulance and Bi-County Health Department. There is a large parking lot in front of the building.

From I255 take the Horseshoe Lake Rd exit. Turn east then at Eastport Plaza Drive turn right follow to Regency Plaza and turn left.


EFNEP Training Center


From North: Take Interstate 255 south to Interstate 64 East. Take Route 157 south (same as 89th Street) approximately one mile. Make a right onto Church Lane (Secretary of State Driver's License Facility). The training center is at 1269 N 89th Street, Suite 3-5, East St. Louis, IL 62203.

From South: Take Interstate 64 west. Take Route 157 south (same as 89th Street) approximately one mile. Make a right onto Church Lane (Secretary of State Driver's License Facility). The training center is 1269 N 89th Street, Suite 3-5, East St. Louis, IL 62203.
