Richard Hentschel interviews Dru Banks, Extension nutrition and wellness educator about the new version of the Food Pyramid called MyPlate. The MyPlate program is easier to understand than the old pyramid was and is displayed graphcially as a plate with pie cuts in proportion to how many servings of different food groups should be eaten on a daily basis.
