Host Richard Hentschel talks with Drusilla Banks, Nutrition and Wellness Educator on some common sense new years resolutions. Resolutions should be those that can be done consistently and become routine. Diets are always popular, but should not mean taking away your favorites. Dru talks about taking a smaller portion instead. It is really easy to consume too much protein and not get enough fruits and vegetables. A ten inch dinner plate also helps us control our portions.
Green Side Up is a weekly gardening program produced by University of Illinois Extension. It is hosted by Richard Hentschel, Extension Educator, Horticulture.
