Host Richard Hentschel interviews Laura Barr, Nutrition and Wellness Educator about eating plant based foods for a better daily and family diet. Eating a variety of fruits and vegetables and also important is consuming all the different colors of fruits and vegetables. Richard and Laura also talk about the "Mediterranean" diet that really promotes whole grains, legumes and nuts along with the fruits and vegetables.
