How To Preregister and/or Order Study Materials
How To Order
Pre-registration for a commercial clinic AND/OR ordering of study materials may be accomplished by telephone, fax, mail, or by registering online. Your local University of Illinois Extension office would also likely have many of our manuals in stock.
- Forms: If you want to order materials or preregister for a clinic by phone, fax, or mail, print, use these forms.
- Current study materials: See a description and publication date of current publications.
Ordering by Phone
Complete the forms listed above, then call 800-644-2123 or 217-244-2123 and choose one of the following options.
- Register for a clinic AND order study materials.
- Register for a clinic only.
- Order study materials only.
- To speak to someone in the U of IL Extension PSEP office directly. Please note that during peak business hours you may need to leave a message and a representative will call you back.
- If you have questions regarding required exams, category requirements, or license status. Pressing this option forwards your call to the Illinois Department of Agriculture (IDoA) in Springfield for assistance (800-641-3934) or 217-785-2427 (TDD).
