TIP OF THE MONTH:

Make family meal time a tradition in your family. Get every family member involved—from shopping for food, setting the table and preparing the meal to doing the dishes. This way each of you shares the fun and responsibility. This is not only a great way for families to spend time together, but family meals also help 1) to improve communication among family members; 2) to help children make healthy food choices; and 3) to teach children valuable cooking skills.
