TIP OF THE MONTH:

Feeling good about ourselves is important. When we feel good about ourselves, we are better prepared to deal positively with the daily irritations and obstacles life sends our way. However, it can become quite easy to focus on our shortcomings or faults. Instead of focusing on the things we would like to change, try to pay more attention to the positive things we like about ourselves. By being kind to ourselves, we do a better job of taking care of our own sense of self-esteem.
