Illinois Food Service Sanitation Manager - Five-Hour Food Safety Refresher Course

University of Illinois Extension is offering the 5-hour refresher course. To re-certify your Food Sanitation Certification in Illinois you must complete an IDPH approved 5-hour class or take an exam. This requirement must be met before your current certificate expires. Taking any one of the following classes will complete your certification requirements. No exam is required for these classes. Class will be offered on the following dates: October 1, 2008 November 19, 2008 December 18, 2008 Location: University of Illinois Extension 6438 Joliet Road Countryside, IL 60525 Time: 8:30 a.m - 3:30 p.m. Tuition is $40.00 Registration and fee will be accepted until noon, the day before class. Personal checks accepted if paying in person, by mail or online. Credit card payments must be made online. No cash payments are accepted. After completing the class, you will need to send $35.00 to the state to renew your certification.
