Do you want to know how to keep your memory fit and active? Attend "FIT WITS" beginning Aug. 22, 9:30 to 11 a.m. at the Carroll Co. Senior Center.
Memory loss during aging is one of the prime concerns for adults. Janice McCoy, Family Life Educator with University of Illinois Extension, will explore the key ingredients to a healthy brain, like physical activity, eating well, sleep, social connections, stress reduction, lifelong learning and more. This information will be presented with fun activities to get participants thinking and challenging their brains.
Three sessions will be offered: Aug. 22, Sept. 26, and Oct. 24. Participants can attend all or one of the sessions; each will be different.
