Newly Revised Lawn Talk Website Announced

University of Illinois Extension announces the launch of a newly revised Lawn Talk website.
Developed by Richard Hentschel, extension educator in horticulture, and Bruce Spangenberg, former extension educator, the site is aimed at gardeners in northern Illinois. It includes information about selecting grasses, planting and maintenance, weeds and diseases, and other lawn care issues such as winter damage.
Of special note for current conditions is a section on watering guidelines and managing lawns during drought, which can be found in the "Weeds and Other Problems" section.
