The UI Agricultural Experiment Station and University of Illinois Extension manage a network of Research and Education Centers throughout the state as a service to crop producers, landowners, crop consultants, advisors, the agricultural industry, the green industry, and commercial growers. This group of centers is a system of field laboratories and classrooms accessible without charge to clientele. Service is provided on a walk-in basis or during scheduled tours. The Centers are field laboratories for proof-of-concept research conducted by faculty of the College of Agricultural, Consumer, and Environmental Sciences.
