4-H Cooking Project Series: 4-H Cooking 101, 201 & 301

A series of 4-H project manuals that develop life skills mastery and SET abilities in the areas of:

  • Food & Kitchen Safety
  • Food Preparation
  • Meal Planning
  • Food Science
  • Nutrition

Each manual successively builds on the skills learned in the previous level. Members complete project activities for each level in two to three years.

UIE Nutrition and Wellness Educators tested all project recipies.

Cost is $5 per manual. Volume discounts may apply.

Leadership Skills You Never Outgrow: An Update on a 4-H Classic!

This is the first, in a series of three, new project manuals that focus on seven leadership skills. (Two-color format, 194 pages)

Over 45 project activities to complete in two to three years. Appropriate for individual projects.
