Eligible clubs are those located in one of the counties served by Farm Credit Services of Illinois which includes 14 Extension Units in southern & central Illinois. The Illinois 4-H Foundation's 4-H Special Interest Club Equipment Grants provides funding to encourage formation of innovative Special Interest Clubs. Approved funding provides financial resources for new clubs to purchase equipment needed to promote the 4-H mission and support positive youth development experiences for youth. A key objective of this initiative is to reach new 4-H audiences and to support existing Special Interest clubs interest in expanding their club.
