4-H Parent Handbook

Illinois 4-H Policies

These are the policies for the Illinois 4-H program for the current 4-H year. These are found in the Unit Management Handbook for 4-H Staff. Questions may be directed to county 4-H staff.

4-H Fundraising Form

This form should be completed by all clubs and groups who are conducting fundraising activities. These need to be completed at least two weeks prior to the event and should be turned into the local Extension office for approval. All income and expenses for these activities should be recorded in the Treasurer's Book and should be included in the yearly audit of the club/group fiscal activity.
