Healthy Holidays, I on Diabetes

Learn to prepare new favorite holiday recipes that you can enjoy at the party!  Susan Glassman, Extension Educator, Nutrition & Wellness will teach a series of four educational classes, offering research-based education with holiday recipes to taste and take home.  In class, you will learn about food labels, meal spacing, snacking and how to plan and manage meals, including eating out. Healthful tips, as well as planning for your doctor's visit, are covered. 

Classes empower participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to prevent, manage or care for someone with diabetes and include getting through the holidays – on track!  If you are looking for a great class that provides wonderful education and great recipes, try Healthy Holidays, I on Diabetes. 

I on Diabetes classes will take place on, October 19th & 26th and November 2 & 9, 2017, from 5:30-8:00 pm.
