See centennial wishes sent to Cooperative Extension by one of country music's most enduring stars, Reba McEntire. The 100-year anniversary of the signing of the Smith-Lever Act of 1914, which officially created the national Cooperative Extension System, takes place May 7-8, 2014 in Washington, DC.
