3 eggs
3 cups prepared instant mashed potatoes
1/2 small onion, chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 cup fluid milk or prepared nonfat dry milk
    Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Beat eggs together in a bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to egg mixture.
  4. Pour into 9x13 inch greased baking pan.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes. Puff is done when knife inserted comes out clean.
Tips

1. Try reduced fat cheese for less fat in puff.
