Turkey Pie

1½ cups cooked turkey, chopped
¼ cup celery, diced
2 Tbsp. onion, minced
¾ cup carrots, cooked and sliced
1½ cups peas, canned or cooked
1½ cups turkey gravy
1 cup mashed potatoes, prepared
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Place turkey in bottom of deep pie pan or shallow baking dish.
  3. Mix together the celery, onions, carrots and peas; layer on top of turkey.
  4. Pour gravy on top of vegetables and turkey. Spoon mashed potatoes around edge of dish.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until hot all the way through.
