Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
2 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
8 hamburger buns, sliced
    Instructions
  1. Crumble ground meat into 1 1/2 quart glass casserole and add onion.
  2. Cover and microwave on high for 4 minutes.
  3. Stir to break meat into small pieces and continue microwaving until meat reaches the temperature of 160 degrees.
  4. Drain off juices from cooked meats.
  5. Stir in salt, pepper, and pizza sauce into cooked meat.
  6. Cover and microwave on high 5 to 6 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Stir in 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese.
  8. Arrange bottom halves of buns on glass plate.
  9. Spoon the meat mixture onto buns and sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  10. Top with other halves of buns.
  11. Microwave 1 minute or until cheese just starts to melt.
