Crispy Cheesy Chicken Sticks

1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into 6 strips
1/4 cup low-sodium cheese crackers
2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup nonfat milk
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Put crackers in a resealable gallon size bag. Tightly close the bag and crush crackers. Add breadcrumbs and shake to combine.
  4. Pour milk into a medium bowl. Place chicken in milk and turn to coat chicken completely.
  5. Place a piece of chicken in bag and shake to coat with cracker crumbs. Place coated chicken onto baking sheet.
  6. Repeat step #5 with remaining chicken pieces.
  7. Bake chicken for 15-20 minutes in oven until chicken is cooked throughout.
