Broccoli with Garlic Stir-fry

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
3 cups broccoli
1 garlic clove, minced
ΒΌ cup water
 Ground black pepper, to taste
  1. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli and garlic.
  3. Add 1/4 cup water and cover pan with lid for 2 minutes.
  4. Remove lid, stir mixture, and cook for 3 to 4 minutes longer.
  5. Stir often until broccoli is soft and water has boiled away. Season to taste.

1. Shredded carrots would make a great addition to this recipe!
