Salt-Free Eleven Herb and Spice Blend

1/4 cup dried, crumbled oregano leaves
1/4 cup onion powder
4 tsp. dried, crumbled marjoram leaves
4 tsp. dried, crumbled basil leaves
4 tsp. dried, crumbled savory leaves (okay to leave out if unavailable)
4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dried, crumbled thyme leaves
2 tsp. dried, crumbled rosemary leaves
1 tsp. dried, crumbled sage leaves
2 tsp. ground black pepper
4 tsp. paprika
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until fine and well-blended.
  2. Put small amount (approx. 1/4 cup) of herb mixture into a shaker.
  3. Store unused portion in a covered glass jar.
  4. Use on top of fish, chicken, and vegetables.

 Recipe makes approx. 1 cup of herb blend.
