2 cups canned fruit in juice, diced or crushed, or fresh fruit (such as blueberries)
2 bananas, peeled and sliced into discs
1 cup strawberries
1½ cups low-fat plain or vanilla yogurt
½ cup granola
  1. Drain liquid from canned fruit.
  2. In glasses or small bowls, layer the canned fruit, sliced bananas, and berries.
  3. Spread yogurt over layered fruit.
  4. Sprinkle granola over the top.

 Note that fiber content may vary from 2-4 grams per serving, depending on fruits selected. Fresh fruit contains more fiber than canned.
