5-6 cups cooked turkey, chopped
3 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth
1 lb. macaroni noodles, uncooked
1/2 lb. reduced-fat cream cheese, cut in small cubes
3 small onions, finely chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (98% fat free)
2 cups cracker crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage (optional)
1/8 tsp. pepper
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine all ingredients into a large mixing bowl; mix well.
  3. Pour mixture into greased 9-inch x 13-inch baking dish.
  4. Bake for 1 hour.
