8 oz. light cream cheese
8 oz. light sour cream
½ pkg. taco seasoning, low sodium if desired
4-8 oz. salsa, to taste
1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies
4 green onions, tops and bottoms, chopped
1 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese, shredded
10, 8-inch flour tortillas, white or whole wheat
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, salsa and chilies.
  2. Gently stir in green onions and cheese.
  3. Lay out 5 tortillas at a time
  4. Evenly divide half of the cheese mixture and spread over the five tortillas.
  5. Roll each cheese-topped tortilla into a spiral.
  6. Wrap in a lightly dampened paper towel.
  7. Repeat steps 3-6 with remaining tortillas and cheese mixture.
  8. Refrigerate 3-4 hours.
  9. Just before serving, unwrap each roll, slice into 8 1-inch spirals and arrange on platter.
