1 can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
1 cup green grapes (or other seedless grapes)
2 bananas, sliced
1 pkg. (3.4 ounces) vanilla instant pudding
1¾ cups low fat milk
  1. Place all fruit into a large bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with dry pudding mix.
  3. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until pudding thickens.
  4. Serve immediately and refrigerate any leftovers.

1. You can use other types of canned and fresh, sliced fruit in the recipe instead of pineapple and grapes.
