Hot Cinnamon Cocoa

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
 Dash of salt
1 cup water
2 tsp. ground cinnamon or 2 cinnamon sticks
1 1/3 cups nonfat dry milk powder
3 cups water
1/4 tsp. vanilla
  1. In saucepan, combine unsweetened cocoa powder, sugar, and salt. Add the 1 cup water and cinnamon.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  3. Reduce heat. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix nonfat dry milk powder in 3 cups of water.
  5. Add milk to chocolate mixture in pan.
  6. Bring to just boiling.
  7. Stir in vanilla and serve in individual mugs.
