Ingredients
1 can (6 ounces) water-packed tuna, drained
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. low-fat or fat-free mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
4 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
4 slices light American cheese
    Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine tuna, celery, onion, mayonnaise, and lemon pepper. Mix well.
  2. Spread tuna mixture on top of bread slices. Top with cheese. Microwave or broil sandwiches until cheese melts.
