Ingredients
1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans or pinto beans, or 2 cups cooked dried beans
1 tsp. chili powder
½ cup onion, chopped
½ cup shredded cheese
    Instructions
  1. Drain beans and mash in a bowl.
  2. Add chili powder, onion, and cheese.
  3. Serve warm or cold with vegetables or crackers.
