Deviled Eggs

6 hard cooked eggs, peeled
¼ cup low-fat mayonnaise
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. dried minced onion
 Dash of pepper
  1. Cut eggs in half lengthwise.
  2. With a teaspoon, carefully remove yolks and place into a small bowl. Set whites aside.
  3. Mash yolks until very fine and crumbly.
  4. Blend remaining ingredients into yolks.
  5. Generously refill hollow in egg whites with yolk mixture.
  6. Chill eggs and refrigerate until served.
