3 cups nonfat milk
½ cup sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
¾ cup raisins
  1. Combine rice, milk, sugar, and butter.
  2. Cook over medium heat until thickened, about 30 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Add vanilla and raisins.
  4. Pour into serving dish.
