8 - 6 inch flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup salsa or picante sauce
2 cups cooked meat (such as chicken, beef, or pork), cut into small pieces
  1. Spray a nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Warm tortilla on heated skillet.
  3. Sprinkle 2 Tbsp. cheese, 2 Tbsp. salsa, and ΒΌ cup hot meat evenly on an open faced tortilla.
  4. Warm tortilla on skillet until cheese melts.
  5. Fold tortilla in half and serve.
