A Simple Orange and Cucumber Salad

2 cucumbers, sliced
2 oranges, peeled and chopped
Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. salt
  1. Place cucumbers and oranges into a medium size bowl.
  2. Add chili powder, lemon or lime juice, and salt.
  3. Lightly toss.
  4. Serve cold. Mixture can be served over lettuce or beans.
