ΒΌ cup orange juice, apple juice, or water
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel, grated
2 Tbsp. butter
3-4 cups sliced fruit (banana, orange, etc.)
  1. Stir fruit juice (or water), brown sugar, and lemon peel together in skillet.
  2. Add butter to skillet. Heat and stir until butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
  3. Add fruit. Cook until fruit is heated through and serve immediately.
  4. Serve on French toast, pancakes, warmed flour tortillas, or hot cereal.
