2 medium cucumbers (seedless if possible), thinly sliced
½ cup sour cream or reduced fat plain yogurt
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
 Salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
  1. Combine sour cream or yogurt and dill with sliced cucumbers.
  2. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled.
