Oven Fried Chicken

1 whole chicken, cut up
1 cup Bisquick mix, reduced fat
 Basil, thyme and oregano to taste
1/2 tsp. paprikia
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Remove skin from chicken. Pat dry with paper towel and cut into pieces.
  3. Combine Bisquick mix, herbs, and paprika in a shallow dish.
  4. Roll chicken pieces into Bisquick mixture.
  5. Spray baking pan with non-stick cooking spray and heat in oven for approximately 10 minutes.
  6. Add chicken to pan and bake uncovered for 30 minutes on one side. Turn chicken over and bake an additional 30 minutes or until golden brown and reaches internal temperature of 165 degrees.
