6 hard cooked eggs, peeled, chopped
2 Tbsp. reduced fat mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/3 cup pickle relish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
    Instructions
  1. Combine all of the ingredients.
  2. Mix well and chill. Serve on bread as a sandwich or over lettuce.
