3 cups apples*, cut into chunks
1 large  carrot, shredded
1/3 cup low-fat salad dressing or mayonnaise
1/3 cup raisins
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
    Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve
Tips

1. Leave the skin on the apples for extra fiber and flavor!
