2 cups canned or cooked dried beans (suggested: black beans or pinto)
2 Tbsp. non fat milk
1 tsp. chili powder
ΒΌ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion, finely diced, or onion powder
 Hot sauce (optional) to taste
  1. Mash the beans with a fork.
  2. Mix the milk, spices, and beans together in a medium sized bowl.
  3. Add hot sauce if you like.
  4. Serve with vegetable sticks, low-salt crackers, or low-salt tortilla chips.
