Ingredients
1 lb. frozen haddock or cod fillets, thawed
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. salt
 Dash of black pepper
    Instructions
  1. Put frozen fish in refrigerator overnight or thaw in microwave oven and separate into four pieces.
  2. STOVETOP METHOD:
  3. Spray frying pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  4. Place thawed fish in heated frying pan.
  5. Sprinkle fish with lemon juice and seasonings.
  6. Cook covered over medium heat until fish flakes when tested with a fork, about 5 minutes.
  7. MICROWAVE METHOD:
  8. Spray a glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  9. Place fish in dish and cover dish with wax paper.
  10. Cook at medium power for 3 minutes.
  11. Remove wax paper, turn fish over, and sprinkle with lemon juice and seasonings.
  12. Cover and continue cooking at medium power for 3 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
