Apple Cheese Salad

2 apples*, cored, chopped
½ cup seedless raisins
½ cup celery, chopped
¼ cup low-fat cheddar cheese, cubed or shredded
¼ cup nuts, chopped
¼ cup orange juice
8 oz. low-fat vanilla yogurt
 Cinnamon, to taste (optional)
  1. In medium bowl, combine apples, raisins, celery, cheese and nuts.
  2. Blend orange juice into yogurt.
  3. Pour over salad and toss well.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

 *We recommend using a snacking variety of apple such as Honeycrisp, Gala, Granny Smith, Fuji, or Pink Lady
