1½ cups nonfat milk
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, softened
1½ cups water
1½ tsp. vanilla (optional)
    Instructions
  1. Pour the milk in a large bowl.
  2. Add the other ingredients.
  3. Mix well, until foamy.
  4. Serve cold.
