1 can (14-15 ounces) whole berry cranberry sauce
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cups fat free whipped topping
2/3 cup miniature marshmallows
 Optional toppings: whipped topping, chopped nuts, chocolate sprinkles
  1. Combine first four ingredients until well mixed.
  2. Fold in whipped topping to mixture, then marshmallows, until well mixed.
  3. Spoon cranberry mixture into individual cups. Cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
  4. If desired, add one or more of the optional toppings just before serving.
