2 cups cooked broccoli, chopped
2 cups cooked chicken, turkey or ham, chopped
1 cup low fat shredded cheddar cheese
1 tomato, chopped
1 cup canned beans, lightly mashed
ΒΌ cup low fat mayonnaise
4 pita breads, halved (pita pockets)
1 cup lettuce, shredded
  1. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, chicken/turkey/ham, cheese, and tomato.
  2. In a small bowl, combine beans and mayonnaise.
  3. Gently toss all ingredients together in large bowl.
  4. Spoon into pita pockets and top with lettuce.
