Salmon Loaf

1 can (15 ounces) chunk salmon, drained
2 cups soft bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
¼ cup celery, finely chopped
¾ cup nonfat milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried parsley
2 eggs
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix bread crumbs and drained salmon until well combined.
  3. Add remaining ingredients to salmon mixture. Mix well.
  4. Place mixture in a lightly oiled 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees F.
