Fish Stick Tacos

24 frozen fish sticks
12 whole-wheat tortillas
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. taco seasoning
1 1/2 cups shredded lettuce or coleslaw mix
1 medium tomato, diced
3/4 cup shredded Colby & Monterey Jack cheese
  1. Bake frozen fish sticks as directed on package.
  2. Mix mayonnaise and seasoning in a small bowl.
  3. Warm tortillas as directed on package.
  4. Spread mayonnaise mixture on each tortilla.
  5. Cut cooked fish sticks into pieces. Place pieces on top of each tortilla.
  6. Top each tortilla with lettuce or coleslaw mix, tomato, and cheese.
